Training at Nine Innovations

Working side-by-side with a personal trainer can help you see results and achieve your fitness goals. Everyone can benefit from working with a personal trainer, and we believe the trainer for you is here at Nine Innovations. Our trainers hold you accountable, keep you motivated, design a routine, and offer a fresh perspective. 


Nine Innovations holds group training sessions Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday at the following times:

  • 6 a.m. - 7 a.m.
  • 11 a.m. - 12 p.m.
  • 12 p.m. - 1 p.m.
  • 1 p.m. - 2 p.m.
  • 3:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.
  • 5:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.
